Scope of Project:

Full exterior: replaced rotted boards with Hardieplank siding.
Scraped all loose paint and spot primed with PrimeRX Peel Bonding Primer.
Applied 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Super Paint satin to the siding.
Applied 1 coat of Sherwin Williams Super Paint gloss to the trim, windows, doors, soffits, fascia, gutters, downspouts, and corner boards.

Project Details:

Mr. John hired us to paint his daughter’s recently purchased home. He wanted to ensure the house had a fresh, new look and chose us for our reliability and thorough communication. As he lived a few hours away and couldn’t be on-site every day, he trusted us to keep him updated throughout the project.

We replaced the rotted boards with Hardieplank siding, scraped off all loose paint, and primed the spot with PrimeRX Peel Bonding Primer. We then applied two coats of Sherwin Williams Super Paint satin to the siding and one coat of Sherwin Williams Super Paint gloss to the trim, windows, doors, soffits, fascia, gutters, downspouts, and corner boards.

Results:
